I was put off by the hygienist and dentist immediately suggesting wisdom teeth extraction before even looking in my mouth. I got the sense that they were trying to get me to do it so they could profit, as they brought up how "pricey" it would be several times. I felt pressured throughout the visit and didn't feel listened to.

I've never been communicated so well about my Healthcare before. The hygienist told me each step what she was going to do before she performed each procedure so I knew what to expect. The dentist explained to me her findings and took the time to make sure I understood the causes and how things were connected and what I could do next. my son had his first cavities filled and the team did an amazing job to keep him calm and relaxed as possible. He use to be afraid of the dentist & after he started coming here, and they work slowly & positively with him. He became more confident & willing to get even his teeth cleaning
