I would go back. I was able to be seen the next day of appointment, the provider took my insurance, and it was virtually so I did not have to leave my home. The provider was professional, listened, and appeared concerned. She was thourough in her assessment as well.

Looking for a female Primary Care doctor who specializes in anxiety and Paulette was amazing. I was nervous before my appointment but got settled in quickly. Paulette is such a great listener as far as getting me the help I need with weight management. I like the fact that she provided me options and we found what worked best for me. I love love loved this doctor!! I must see her again.. Omg the love! Patients! The Care! She provided!! Jesus hands down I have never received this, from any Doctor, Np, Nurse ,ETC I’ve ever had to go to for anything. Please thank her for me. She even let me call my pharmacy to get the name of the medicine I was taking. And allowed me to call her back, Do I could give her the correct name and dosage that I was on.. I was so very well please with this visit after I got off the visit. I just took a deep breath and smiled. You don’t see this everyday ???????

She truly is amazing, I was late connecting to the live stream for the appointment. She still seen my child, with this being the first time trying a online appointment. The experience felt more relaxed than any in office doctor visit. She clearly walked me though the whole appointment. As if we were standing side by side. Looking and checking my son over together, ruling out any serious emergency situation that would need to be hands on handled by only a real live bed side doctor. She explained her opinion and the care plan steps to getting my child back healthy, feeling better. She explained the true understanding of what my child had going on and how to help my child's body continue to stay up and strong to fight this. virus out. She was amazing, did not rush though the visit. waited for my connection to become clear again ( I was cutting in and out with the connection during the entire visit.) And she remained calm and got us though the entire appointment. Making sure I understood and was comfortable with the care and treatment plan she wanted to set in order.
