Lovely office - which carries weight when youre dealing with sensitive issues - very friendly staff and zero wait time.
Dr. Goncharov was very direct and to the point. Did he waste time on pleasantries? Not so much, but I appreciated his get-down-to-business attitude.

This doctor was completely dismissive. Would not run any tests for symptoms and insisted on me needing an IUD as a solution. Completely and utterly dismissive and unhelpful. Truly unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this gynecological care to my worst enemy.

His bedside manner is unfortunately nonexistent. It was satisfactory in that he ordered the test I was hoping he’d order, but I left feeling rushed, dismissed and frustrated.

Dr. Alexander Goncharov was very nice! He was listening very carefully & concentrated on my issues. Made me very comfortable! But the waiting time was pretty long.

I found Dr. Goncharev to be dismissive of my concerns and a poor listener. He made very little eye contact and recommended an elective procedure that I didn’t ask for or come in for, making me feel even more insecure about my body. I felt a lot of services were pushed upon me (ultrasound of my uterus and ovaries that was unnecessary) and that he was of the old fashioned mindset of “I’m the doctor so listen to me, I know better” rather than considering the patients prior knowledge of their own medical history, experiences, and level of education. I walked out feeling extremely frustrated with my experience and disappointed in my body due to his recommendation of a cosmetic procedure I did not come request. One should never leave an Obgyn’s office feeling defeated and dismissed. I will not be returning.

I’m a fan of PureOBGYN in general and have been going there for years, but do not recommend seeing him. He was dismissive and I didn’t feel as though I was being listened to. I asked for a test to be taken so I could be prescribed something (because he did not think I needed medicine). When the test results came back positive and I needed a prescription, he never wrote one and ignored the high-priority messages sent twice by the medical staff. Three weeks later and I am still waiting to receive a prescription.
