During my appointment, the staff were very friendly. Most of them assisted me and clearly explained each step of the process. The most outstanding was a younger lady (I apologize for forgetting her name); she was very professional, helped me find frames that suited me, offered a discount, and thoroughly explained everything. This was my first time seeing an eye doctor in 3 years. From the moment I arrived the staff was very friendly. The doctor herself was very friendly, communicated clearly, and best of all I felt comfortable. Eye exams make me nervous but this was great. I was there to be fitted for contacts for the 1st time and the process went very smoothly. I do have a follow up visist but I'm certain it will also go well. Im happy I selected this provider.

There number of co-pays and additional services were excessive and seemed odd. This is not my typical experience at an eye doctor especially when I have eye insurance. I felt a bit like a dollar sign. The doctor herself was good and the office was run well.

Dr. Poltilov was incredibly nice and the actual examination was short and sweet. I had my prescription in hand and my info uploaded to NYS DMV servers (for a license renewal) a few minutes later. I have found my new optometrist. Hurrah.
