Care is currently available to patients who are physically located in Florida and Arizona at the time of their visit. **Washington State services are pending applicable licensure and practice authorization. More states coming soon. ** Services are provided on a self-pay basis; insurance is not accepted. When clinically appropriate, laboratory testing may be ordered through Fullscript. Patients are responsible for all laboratory costs. All services are subject to clinical appropriateness and telehealth limitations.
