I’ve visited multiple locations within his practice, and every single experience has been consistently excellent. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and highly organized. The didnt accept my insurance even though the app said they did. When I call to confirm my appt, they had no clue about it and said they have no one to see me. The later called me to let me know that they don't take my insurance.

I had a great experience... they charge a 14% for any card use including debit and credit cards. If you have to pay copays via cash or check to avoid the 14% card fee.

This dentist is primarily concerned with selling Invisalign braces. It hurt a lot when I was getting the x-rays taken. They offered fluoride treatment, never applied it and then called trying to charge me for it. Made me wait after the appointment to have a "consultation" about invisalign, that I did not ask for.

His staff are excellent. The cleaning was great. He did a great job fixing my cavity, and when my bite didn't feel perfect afterwards he made some small adjustments so that my bite was normal again. Only downside was that there was a bit of selling on other elective treatments during the course of the visit. Other than that I'd highly recommend.

Estimate was far off from what I was charged. According to them, the procedure would be about 80% covered. Little did i know that i was more like 10% covered and had to pay out of pocket for the rest.

Dr. DeMase examined me, and on a second appointment replaced a failing filling easily and painlessly. I was done in 30 minutes door-to-door. And she was so nice and friendly. Mary my hygienist for the cleaning visit, as well as ALL the other technicians/office staff were great. I really like this practice. I've seen other dentists and hygienists before, who were equally as good. Thank you!

Really like Dr. Yung, he really took the time to walk me through my treatment plan, and Michelle was great and walked me through all my insurance deductibles and made sure that I knew exactly what I was going to pay out of pocket for a larger procedure. Great people!

I did not think I was treated fairly, or at all.
They had me wait for over an hour, and despite giving my insurance ahead of time, told me that it was only valid for one visit. Dr. Kim then poked around my teeth for about one minute and told me that I had to come back for a cleaning to determine any problem. He then suggested that my problem (bad breath) had a non-dental cause because he didn't want to examine further.

I had a very good experience with Dr Kim. I had filled out some forms on ZocDoc that reduced the need to fill out standard background information since it was my first visit. I was seeing the Dental Hygienist within 10 minutes from when I walked through the doors. Following my cleaning, Dr. Kim met with me and explained some concerns and recommendations. He was very detailed and able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kim.
