I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. From the start the staff had repeated phone issues. When we arrived, we were asked numerous repetitive questions. Additionally, a requested doctor’s note for work was delayed because the front desk staff was distracted by a personal phone call. They were having an interview while on the clock. Now we are being asked to return for a blood redraw because the sample hemolyzed. Clearly it was mishandled. Overall, the service was unprofessional and frustrating. Their solutions was a 12% refund. I do not recommend this office.

I had a great visit. It didn’t start out that way. The 1st young lady that checked me in had a very rude & nasty disposition. But Winifred was awesome! She is really the reason I stayed & was seen. She was very helpful with everything!
Dr.Koroma was awesome also. She was very understanding & helpful for me.

The office and rooms are very clean (I went in 2, one for me and one for my daughter) and the waiting area is decorated nicely. The assistant that checked us in was extremely kind and friendly. The doctor didn't have us waiting long. I think I will become a long term patient.

My provider was very good at identifying and prioritizing goals for the initial visit and ones following. The office has in-house lab work, so that was very convenient. Office was quick to schedule the next follow-up visit. Very clean and organized. In the end, records clear and accessible to me as a patient. Would recommend ??
