I had a great experience with my dentist, Antonia Cofer, DDS. I've often felt like doctors don't listen to me when I voice concerns about my health or discomfort with a procedure, but Dr. Cofer both listened and communicated well. She offered a numbing cream before doing anything with my teeth, she identified the cause behind my jaw pain and gave me different solutions to choose from to help with unconscious teeth clinching.
My only complaint is that the office was hard to find - it's in a building with a bunch of other businesses. When I wasn't sure of the floor, I tried to call the office and nobody picked up the phone and their mailbox was full. But once I actually found the office, everything was great!

Had to use the oral suction device on myself, there wasn't a dental hygienist with the dentist. Also, the polishing and fluoride treatment felt rushed, not every tooth was covered. There wasn't an area to swish water in my mouth and spit it out, had to suction it out of my own mouth which was a first.
Dentist was very pleasant and easy to talk to but the experience wasn't as thorough as I've had elsewhere.

This was a fantastic dental experience. I am quite afraid of going to the dentist and Dr. Cofer was patient, gentle and checked in several times to remind me to breathe and ask me if I was ok. The care was exceptional, my teeth look and feel fantastic and I cannot say enough about Dr. Cofer and her staff.

I confirmed my appointment, showed up 20 min earlier and waiter for another 15 min after my appointment was due. The office was closed and nobody picked up the phone.

The wait was terrible. I get that some appointments may go long but tell me that when I arrive or am waiting so I dont waste my time. Additionally, maybe dont have both airpods in (one of the dental assistants) when interacting with clients so you can hear them.

I had a great experience. Dr. Cofer was kind, thoughtful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. When she made recommendations for care, she explained her reasoning and helped me understand why it was important.

Although I've only had one appointment at this office with this dentist I can confidently say that I will be coming back for my follow up. The dentist and staff made me feel welcome, everything was explained, and my comfort was important to the dentist. I've only had one other doc visit that was that pleasant.

Wonderful! I am absolutely TERRIBLE of dentist visits, so much that I put it off for nearly 10 years!! Dr. Cofer was sooo understanding, gentle, and explained everything to me. Very glad I found her, I hope I can still see her with Medicaid (got terminated in the February 2025 purge of federal and other workers)
