Friendly staff. Quick nurses. Actual doctor took only about 10 minutes to come see me. Also scheduled me for my next physical at a closer location and sent me reminders. Included a referral to a dermatologist for another condition.

DO NOT GO HERE, if you want a simple doctor's note to be signed. I never had to pay to get my doctor's note for work to be signed. They charged me $20 for a doctor's note that is from my work and all the doctor needed to do is sign his name and check some boxes. Never have I ever been charged for that. The front desk lady also took MY paperwork as hostage, before I pay. And on top of that I was waiting for an hour on top of the 30 minutes I came in early so that I can be seen on time.

Having selected Dr. Malik as my primary care doctor I would have expected him to take the initiative of reviewing all my medical records from the last time I visited him in November 2023 to this new visit on October 21 2024: cardiologist reports in particular . However he seemed not being aware that I had a Cardioversion performed last July……..

5 stars is for Dr. Aubrey Tin and she was amazing! I will be leaving my current primary doctor and will be coming to her. Nothing against Dr. Malik I just didn’t see him but that is who I booked with originally and I am not upset bc I kind of wanted a female doctor so it worked out.

Confusing appointment. Was booking a virtual visit, but unbeknownst to me, new patients require an in-person visit. Exception was made and after a few difficulties, I was finally seen virtually by someone (not the MD). A few questions later, I was given a referral for someone else to perform my procedure. That was something I could have done myself (referral), so I'm not sure what the value was in the service, especially since they charged alot of money for 15 minutes of my time. Honestly, I'm pretty sure the appointment was useless and expensive. Use caution.

The doctor has an excuse on why they can’t use zoom. The doctor tells me I should buy another phone because my iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn’t use their platform but they seem to have a problem with is Zocdoc has their own video chat and they choose not to use it.
