In appreciate Dr. Chung's thoroughness. She asked me about an issue I had previously spoken to her about that I had forgotten! That lead me to tell her about a recent medical issue I was dealing with. She had me take an additional test to ensure my peripheral view had not been effected.

Dr. Chung is great. I've been seeing her for many years.
However the office staff here has been horrible this year. I understand times are different and difficult with Covid and I was REALLY patient with them but it came to an unacceptable degree this year.
Long story short, one of the receptionists misplaced my appt TWICE and was incredibly frustrating to talk to. (FYI they were not accepting ZocDoc appts at the time i booked Aug 2020 so dont bother, call the office directly) And the person who does glasses and contacts ordered the wrong prescriptions for me (and couldn't own up to his mistake. tried the cover it up by saying "the company sent you the wrong ones even though we ordered the correct strength for you")
The invoice from the company says otherwise...
