Worst dental experience. Emergency root canal at Queens Family Dental led to months of pain. Metal crown improperly fitted; removal left a drill line from gum to tooth top and sharp edges on adjacent tooth—second opinion confirmed mistake. Three temp crowns in three weeks, placed by unsupervised assistant while dentist smoked; cracked in days. Told porcelain crown coming, but after 2 months no crown was ever made; tooth core exposed. Second dentist found another root canal never filled and improperly prepped, though told complete. Dentist blamed me, no responsibility. Records request ignored, not allowed to view. Now jaw pain both sides, can't eat normally, damage to molars. Avoid.
