Querida Counseling

I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor serving adults and young adults in Arizona via Telehealth. My therapy practice is supportive and kind, and my purpose is to help you find meaning, navigate changes, heal and come back to yourself. I am passionate about social justice issues, equity, family systems, and cultural issues, and I use a mix of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. This includes specific training in trauma-focused therapies such as EMDR, and in mindfulness, IFS, CBT, attachment-based techniques, and many others. I offer one 15 min, consultation. I see clients via Telehealth, and accept Aetna, Optum, and out-pocket payment.
