Staff could not have been nicer, very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr Ramos was very nice, explained everything and answered all my questions. Felt like I was the only person he was seeing that day. Did not feel rushed.

If you don’t mind waiting an hour and a half after your appointment time to be seen, then more waiting to see the physicians assistant. After you see them more waiting. Just to go over some concerns, collect blood and urine. They later called me and told me they messed up my urine sample so I needed to go back. Overall, it’s okay but I would recommend it, it doesn’t seem very efficiently ran which is pretty important since I don’t have 2 hours to waste waiting to speak to a physicians assistant and because the office hours are 8-5 which is the same as my work schedule I had to take off to visit.

The Dr’s have always reviewed my chart prior to entering and understand my chief complaint. Once in the office, they delve in to any other aspect of the pain. Very thorough!
