I scheduled an appointment in advance verifying this office was in-network and took my insurance only to find out they billed me as an uninsured customer. Even their website says they take my insurance but when inquired about it, they explained they take my "insure provider but not that insurance". And explained they would use my "other" insurance. I don't have any other insurance. Regardless, be sure they don't get you in, do the exam, provide you with a prescription, and then explain afterwards they don't take your insurance. That happened to me on my recent visit.

All the experiences here were great although It was a last-minute appointment on Saturday. I got a call from the office right away, and the doctor was so kind and professional. My son usually doesn’t like seeing an eye doctor, but even he was satisfied :)
