”I love being an OB/GYN, it gives me the opportunity to focus on women’s health which I am passionate about.” Dr Bhala completed her residency in OB/GYN at UT Houston after a Masters of Surgery(OB/GYN) from India, hence Dr Bhala has extensive experience in both Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr.
Bhala recently was the first OB to deliver Quadruplets at Southwest Memorial Hospital and the first OB to deliver Triplets at Methodist Sugar Land.
Dr Bhala is a Fellow of the American Board of Gynecology. She is Board Certified and a Member of the Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr Bhala’s specializes in normal/high risk pregnancy, infertility, minimally invasive Gynecology procedures, management of abnormal bleeding, fibroids, Urinary incontinence, PCOS, endometriosis, hormone replacement therapy and adolescent gynecology.
Dr Bhala believes early and accurate diagnosis is key to prevention. For best outcomes in PREGNANCIES,INFERTILITY and GYNECOLOGICAL cancers etc. timely diagnosis is of utmost importance. To facilitate this for her patients Dr Bhala has very high quality ultrasound scanning available in office, by a very knowledgeable experienced and accredited professional.
Dr Bhala’s compassionate care and sincerity for her patients has made her one of the leading OB/GYN’s in the Houston Metro area. Patients come to her from other cities and countries via word of mouth.

I booked my appointment through Zocdoc. The office called me to confirm the appointment but since I am at work I was not able to attend the phone call. They emailed me saying they have been trying to reach out to me and call them back but asked not be emailed back to. I was about to call them but I got an email from zocdoc to confirm and I did. It gave me a confirmation for the appointment when I reached zocdoc sent a link again and I confirmed twice. When I reached they said they cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm on the phone. What’s the point of confirming twice with zocdoc when I have to call and confirm again??!!

My experience with Dr Bhala was excellent. Dr is very concerned about her patients well being and asks lots of questions to give her an idea what is the best treatment plan. She's also concerned about long term risks with current medications that you are taking, which is very important. She very attentative to her patients needs and issues they may be experiencing. My only issue is calls that are not returned by the office staff. I've made numerous attempts to return their calls and let a message with the answering service and still no response. They need to be proactive on that. I'm not going to make a followup appt without my questions being answered first.
