Dr. Jasthi and her team are incredibly warm, attentive, and resourceful. Dr. Jasthi is genuinely very kind, and unlike many doctors, she doesn’t treat you as just another diagnosis, but as a whole individual. She takes the time to truly get to know you and makes you feel seen and heard. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking to complete their USCIS medical exam for a green card.

Dr. Jasthi maintains a small private office with a small staff. Small in a good sense: she gives much better personal attention to the patient than is possible with the ‘assembly line’ flavor of the large firms. I found her practice upon moving in to town ‘accidentally’ by scanning a medical app on my phone, and am very pleased.

Dr. Jashti runs a small office, just herself, in rental space at the local hospital. Both she and her staff are friendly and attentive to my concerns. She has a great bedside manner, never soliciting in me the ‘white coat syndrome.’ When giving advice, she never talks down to me, and even if I am being corrected for my bad health habits, the delivery is never offensive, and I have never felt uncomfortable. Great doctor. Great staff.

I had to re-fill out paperwork and then waited 30 minutes to be triaged and another 30 minutes in the exam room and was not seen. My appointment was at 2:45 and at 3:50 after zero communication I said I needed to leave and they said “you can wait another 5 minutes” and I said no I cannot and left.

The provider was over two hours late, their web app for the visit was extremely difficult to use and buggy, and they declined to take the direct recommendation of a Yale Neurologist while simultaneously telling me to find another provider for my needs.

Waited almost 2 hours before I decided to just leave. Wish I read the reviews before booking. Another patient was complaining about his wait, too, which leads me to believe my experience wasn’t a one-off. Will do better research and find a doctor that values their patients’ time.

Absolutely a waste of time. On time for 2pm appt. After blood pressure and temp taken by aid, sat in room for 20 min and not notified that the Dr was not available. Don't bother! They have a charge for canceling, we should be able to charge for poor service.

I went in for a breast exam and she berated me for being overweight repeatedly and was dismissive about my concerns. She spent 80% of the appointment trying to get to the bottom to why I’m fat and asking me very detailed questions about my diet. She truly made me feel uncomfortable, dismissed, and ashamed.

Overall it wasn't a great experience, but my biggest concerns were: 1) the person at the front desk was asking me clarifying questions about my medical records, reason for visit, and payment across the waiting room from her desk while there other patients in the lobby all able to hear - no attempt made to be discrete or quiet. Very unprofessional and very uncomfortable. 2) They only accepted cash for copay, or it was a huge upcharge for paying by card. This not disclosed at any time leading up to the appointment and felt shady. 3) Without going into too much detail, I felt the doctor was dismissive of my concerns and kept asking me the same question three or four times. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the doctor was able to see me on shorter notice than others, but I will not be returning here.

Worried about my testosterone levels , but since I’m young she overlooks it and recommends me a sec therapist when that isn’t even my issue. Said she’ll send email confirmation for hormonal panel and never received it . Took 3+ hours to get the appointment after scheduled time . Go figure I go to a men’s clinic and my testosterone was only 173 NGDL.

It’s hard to put my experience in 1000 words.
After 11 phone calls asking the doctor to call in prescriptions for a 91 year old patient, it wasn’t done. I am at a loss. She is totally out of medication now. Tomorrow is another day and I’ll have to figure something out. I left a message today detailing that she is out of medications and didn’t even get a call back. The other 10 times I called with in a 3 week span, I was told the request was given to the doctor.

My appointment was for 415pm, I waited, refreshed the page, and checked status for over 30 minutes. As I got home from work, well after 6pm, I saw a voicemail. After listening it was the provider asking if I received the appointment link. I was very upset as I skipped my lunch to ensure I’d have a few minutes in the afternoon for this appointment.
I’m always one to give the benefit of the doubt, but after receiving an after hours voicemail, one would think the office would reach out today seeing as how I was not the one with poor attendance.
Hopefully communication becomes a better strong suite.

The good doctor has a great ‘Bedside manner,’. Very pleasant, listened attentively, did not attempt to rush me, and put up patiently with my layman’s descriptions of my concerns, as some other physicians have not. She is just plain a great doctor and person!

The office didn't seem especially organized; they were unaware that I had booked a video/teleheatlh appointment online, which caused some delay. I was told that my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, and they called me several times to confirm details so that it would be filled, and when I arrived at the office after work, the prescription had not been called in after all.

Short staffed so I waited 30-40min after my appointment time to see the doctor. I wasn’t in a rush so it didn’t bother me. The staff is friendly and Dr. Jasthi was kind and thorough. Also they only accept cash or check for your copay (no CC).

Overall, very good. Though I waited about 15 minutes even though I was the first person in the morning, it still was a very good experience. She's personable, efficient, answered my questions very well and gave me a very good understanding of my options/courses of treatment. I made a subsequent appointment with her as well.
One of the advantages is that my first appointment was with an actual doctor - not a nurse.
