Haven’t been in years and I was very nervous to get back into it (I had bad experiences) I would very much recommend her. My expectations were met to the fullest.

I’ve seen therapists before but never really felt like I was making progress or that I was too mentally ill to be helped. Meeting with Saba changed all of that! She was so understanding and supportive. Was able to explain things to me in a way I could understand and I actually believe I can get better now. Even before my appt she reached out to discuss things, she even advised me of what to ask my insurance regarding out of network coverage and about super bills! I highly, highly recommend her! Obviously one visit won’t fix me completely but I feel less lonely and scared going forward and trust 100% that she is by my side to assist me in my goals.
