Had a video meet with this doctor at 3:25pm. Never received a call and never received information on how to join the call like the app stated I would. No phone call, text, or email with a cancellation or anything from the doctor. Sat here for an hour after my scheduled time thinking maybe he got tied up with another patient but that is not the case. The app shows it as if I had my visit with this doctor when I in fact did not. Will be keeping an eye out to see if I am billed for a non existent visit.
