Dr.Azizi-Ghannad is the most patient, attentive, and intelligent doctor I have ever met. I accompanied my mother through an appointment, and it was the easiest appointment I have ever been to.
Our appointment was on-time and she listened to all of our concerns and questions. Had a video meet with this doctor at 3:25pm. Never received a call and never received information on how to join the call like the app stated I would. No phone call, text, or email with a cancellation or anything from the doctor. Sat here for an hour after my scheduled time thinking maybe he got tied up with another patient but that is not the case. The app shows it as if I had my visit with this doctor when I in fact did not. Will be keeping an eye out to see if I am billed for a non existent visit.
