She was super helpful and clear about what her plan was to help me manage my medications, I've had some not great experiences in the past with other mental health professionals but she's really nice and one of the good ones.

Jameela is nice and accommodating to my schedule, but sometimes I feel like I am talking to my friend; which may work for a lot of people, but I appreciate someone who’s more authoritative in my guidance seeking since I am very passive and indecisive. Just my preference but she is very accommodating and a good listener, although she was distracted in my first visit.

What I thought might be a quick and perfunctory first video appointment felt like a leisurely visit. Ms. Mitchell is s a good listener and made time to see me in person later that same day. She proposed a treatment approach that I wouldn’t have thought of but that made a lot of sense, and she is being great with a follow-up plan. This is the first time I‘ve used Zocdoc. I had a very positive experience with this provider and feel good about seeing her again.

Jameela was very friendly and at the same time remained professional. She was easy to talk to and there was no judgement. Her eagerness to assist me in having my needs met was heartfelt. If you have fears of talking and being judged or not understood she is definitely the remedy for that.

Honestly, with many people suffering from mental health issues or ongoing issues then Dr’s retiring and leaving out, (my experience ??)with no way for their patients to get in contact with them for their continuation of ongoing care, it’s been very hard. Jameela made the transition very easy. Nothing in my life is easy, she relieved that! she is amazing! Jameela took me on last minute, and I really did have doubts because I’ve had some good experiences on Zocdoc but some ended up just making me do a run around and eventually giving up, not following through, but I did with her because she was persistent on following up with me and my concerns of seeking care, and she had a great treatment plan with confidence. She truly took a solid full amount of time to listen (it was a lot) and abs assured me she was ready to take on everything to get me back on a positive road to happiness. She then gave me a contact number to have peace knowing I could promptly get in touch with her for any inquiry whatsoever, which made me feel really feel comfortable( as the dr. i formerly saw had zero patient secure messaging portal or phone line for emergencies:/) I’ll be seeing her from here on out. Thank you and I’m so blessed I found you!
