Rapha Family Centre is a faith-anchored, evidence-based mental-health practice serving individuals and families across the lifespan from its headquarters in Central Florida. Founded and directed by clinical neuropsychologist Dr. Luis W. Lopez-Rodriguez, the Centre integrates Christian compassion with rigorous psychological science, creating an environment where spiritual values and proven clinical methods work hand-in-hand to promote healing and flourishing.
Our multidisciplinary team—comprising bilingual psychologists, licensed mental-health counselors, life-coaches, and neurocognitive-rehabilitation specialists—delivers a full continuum of care. Core services include:
Comprehensive Assessments
• Neuropsychological testing for adult ADHD, dementia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other cognitive concerns
• Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs), and nexus letters for U.S. veterans (former C&P expertise)
• Immigration-related psychological evaluations (hardship waivers, U- & T-visa, VAWA)
Therapeutic Interventions
• Individual, couples, family, and group therapy grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and other evidence-supported models
• Neurocognitive rehabilitation programs tailored to memory, attention, and executive-function deficits
• Faith-integrated counseling that respects each client’s beliefs while upholding best clinical practice
Community & Outreach
• Veteran-focused mental-health initiatives in collaboration with local VSOs and law firms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) services that lower barriers for immigrant and underserved populations
• Training placements, workshops, and church partnerships that extend our impact beyond the clinic walls
