I was looking for a doctor to give me a referral to get an xray for my aching knees. My previous PC is no longer in my network, so I had to find someone. After my experience on my first visit and my return the next day for blood work (I had already eaten the first day I was there), I believe I have found my new Primary Care physician. The office staff was very nice and the lady that took by blood gets a A+++! I told her that everyone has a hard time keeping up with my rolling veins and she got it on the first try! So far I like them very much and will probably stay with them.

This was a great experience. I’ve been avoiding doctors for some time now and was reluctant to even make an appointment, but I have nothing but positive things to say about the doctor and the practice. They were very thorough yet efficient. I was impressed by how in-depth their social history was and it felr very holistic. Dr. Lanade is a superb listener and did not chart while we were talking, as most providers do. He also never once interrupted or spoke over me. I felt heard, seen, and listened to, which gave me great comfort and optimism. Excellent bedside manner, very respectful and kind, friendly and efficient staff. Very happy to have found them!

Dr. Lanade and staff were pleasant, helpful, and efficient in gathering info and running tests. I was able to schedule an appointment two days out and another a week from my first visit very easily. It's really nice to have expedient access to good care.

The Staff were very friendly. However Dr. Lenade outright lied to me. The whole reason I went in person to his office was because of the one medicine I am on usually isn't prescribed unless you've had an in person visit. So I went in person and he told me "He cannot prescribe it!" So I contacted the medical board of TN. and I explained the situation. They got his name and looked up his license and he 100% can prescribe it, he just didn't want to. It's in my history where I've taken it for 13 years and I'm not a drug addict and it's not a heavy medicine. He was a bit nice, but he didn't care about my problem which got extremely bad and o ended up going to the ER.

Found on ZocDoc, got an appointment for the very next day.
Most of the time I spent in the office was on filling out new patient paperwork and going over all my medications. On a normal visit, I'd expect to probably be in and out within one hour.
After business hours today, I got a phone call from Dr. Lanade. Not a nurse, not a receptionist, the actual doctor to let me know he had sent my prescriptions in for me and to ask if I had any questions.
I mean....so far....this is a Godsend. I couldn't be happier. ??
