Wonderful first experience with Dr. V at Diamond Dental today! I had not been to a dentist in quite a while, and Dr. V, Gabby, and the other staff did a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease. Although I was only scheduled for a check-up / cleaning, Dr. V was able to adjust her schedule to also complete a filling, chipped tooth repair, crown, and Invisalign fitting all in one visit! She was incredibly kind, compassionate, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and clearly explained all aspects of my treatment plan. I highly recommend Diamond Dental!

Dr. V is a gem! I had not been to the dentist in many years and I was very nervous and embarrassed but she and all of the hygienists treated me very kindly and did not make me feel bad about anything. Dr. V is very patient and is always checking in on your comfort. The cleaning, as well as the cavity fillings I had to get were almost 100% painless and they were very quick. I highly recommend her to anyone, she is amazing for even nervous Nancies like me !

I was very happy when I left my consult with Dr. V. I am scheduled to see her now to work on getting the smile I have been dreaming of and I cannot wait! She was nice and patient and gave me all the information I have been lacking with my current dentist. The tech Alex I also dealt with was very knowledgeable as well and answered any questions I had. They made me feel very comfortable and I am so happy I switched practices.

The office staff was very nice. However I went in for a routine cleaning and x rays. It took almost an hour before the doctor came in. Their xray machine was broken and it took 20 minutes to resolve. I declined the panoramic X-ray and 3D scan in order to speed up the process. They forced me to get the 3D scan even when I mentioned I wouldn’t be doing Invisalign, I looked into it prior to this visit. The dr forced the 3D scan. Once she finally came in, she took over 10 minutes to begin the cleaning. They use a water pick pressure cleaner on the teeth - I was looking for a traditional cleaning. I was also told repeatedly that it was an issue that I didn’t get the panoramic scan done. My dentist offices have never needed anything outside of traditional x rays in order to do their job. The glasses they gave me were dirty from the people before me. I stopped the cleaning as I could tell it was not going to be a positive experience. Beware this office doesn’t have any dental hygienists.

I made the mistake of saying I had a certain amount preloaded on a card from work and surprise surprise that's exactly how much it was. Everybody there was great the doctor was great everybody stayed almost 2 hours later than they should have just to take care of me. They made sure I was in no pain and was very thorough. All considering best dentist I've been to since I was a kid

Best experience ever coming from someone who's scared of dentists due to fear of the unknown. Everything was explained in detail, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They kept my child distracted throughout the process. I'll definitely be back and drag some people with me as well.

I had an excellent experience at my recent dentist appointment Dr. Vedullapalli. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which immediately put me at ease.
Dr. Vedullapalli was not only highly professional but also very caring. She took the time to explain everything and I appreciated how she and her assistant constantly checked in on my comfort.

I was told that my insurance was going to cover the visit, upon arrival i was told that my insurance wasn't accepted. They had more than enough times to inform me of this, considering I called them 3 times to verify if my insurance was accepted. After taking off work and driving more than an hour in pain, i was informed that they didn't accept my insurance- even though they informed me that they did (several times).

It was my first time at Diamond Dental and I plan on going back again and again due to their great service. The staff was very nice from the time I arrived until I left. Love the doctor too! She was compassionate about my dental fears and offered explanations of the all that is needed going forward after my cleaning. Bravo to Dr. Ratna Vedullapalli! I needed some bonding on a front tooth due to a crack she uncovered in the X-ray. She did a fabulous job and was so sweet explaining how it can look even better than before. A win win! Again I walked out very impressed.
