Dr. Okpala was incredibly compassionate towards me during my nervous breakdown. He was immediately available, a kind listener, and I felt zero judgment about how badly I felt. I was able to be completely honest with him about where I was at and felt very seen and received. He provided immediate help and continued to check in with me closely.
