Reach you health goals one step at at time... I am Kayla, a registered dietitian/nutritionist and my passion is to help you increase your knowledge in all aspects of nutrition and diet, teach you how to apply it to your everyday life and be your best encourager and supporter as you go through the journey of improving your health. I also provide counseling and education for nutrition related chronic health conditions. This type of counseling is called Medical Nutrition Therapy. I teach clients how to manage their health conditions by helping the understand how their food choices affect their their condition. I teach them how to make adjustments in their diet but also find ways to still enjoys the food they love.

I hadn’t considered working with a dietician before because I had met some rather judgey ones. Kayla never judges me by what I eat, and doesn’t make me feel bad for not being on a perfect diet. Her tactics are small and simple to create a better lifestyle, not just lose weight quick and starve yourself. I’ve never had a good relationship with food but I’m slowing turning over bad habits and Kayla is a huge part of that journey!
