My experience was good not because of Dr Washington because I did not see her. I waited close to an hour and saw the nurse practitioner Donya Oliver. She was attentive and great bedside manner.

Saw Dr Olivier as she had immediately availability and can i just say i am so thankful to have a doctor who talks TO me and not AT me. She made me feel heard and her bedside manner was impeccable. I have had so many doctors that talk to you like you are just an appointment on a calendar with no warmth or kindness and it is so refreshing to speak with a medical PROFESSIONAL who treats you like a person. From the waiting room to the actual appointment was 10s across the board. Amazing NP amazing front desk staff; WELL worth the trip from Roswell to Lawrenceville.

Doctor didn’t do a thorough checkup, when blood was needing to be drawn the nurse blew my vein, didn’t for warn me before inserting the needle an wasn’t gentle when trying to draw blood had to tell her to put bandage on arm she was skilled at drawing blood then she went out told other staff. An they laughed very unprofessional will not go back

LOVED my visit! Dr. Washington was exceptional…very informative, attentive and amazing bedside manner. She made me feel extremely comfortable and heard. She did not rush through the appointment at all, she answered all of my questions and was very thorough. The front office staff was also very friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. The nurse/medical assistant was also great…bottom line everyone was amazing and I will definitely be back.

She was awesome! She actually noticed something that had been misdiagnosed in the past as Psoriasis without me even brining it to her attention. She was very knowledgeable in explaining to me what my skin condition actually was and referred me to a specialist to learn more.
