Parking was hectic, very small lot and tight. I had to park next to the court house public deck lot. Took 5 minutes of walking to get there.
The front counter lady tried to confirm my appointment, but after 30 minutes, I walked away. My insurance was fine for zocdoc, but I should have called to check if my eye benefit was taken.
Nope, it was a waste of time. The front lady was very kind but I hated driving out of my way for nothing. Zocdoc should add eye benefit package and not an umbrella under the medical insurance.

I wasn’t seen by Sarah. A male doctor saw me but he was very nice!! I enjoyed the doc’s office. Overall 10/10 recommend. Another plus I loved was that you can buy your frames online for cheaper and the office will put them in for you via your insurance so that’s nice as well

It was my first time visiting the office and it was great! I was greeted warmly by the front desk and my wait time was under 20 min! Dr. Williford was very kind and made me feel comfortable during my check-up, I will definitely book her again in the future!

Got me in quick but it took 4 days to get my prescription. I asked about it before I left and was told it would be emailed but it never was. After numerous attempts I just had to go back up there and it was printed out for me. Also dr dilated my eyes without making sure I had a driver, didn’t know I would be blind for several hrs.

10/10. Perfect doctor. Answered all of my questions and seemed excited I had them. Amazing bedside manner. Didn’t rush me. Made me feel extremely comfortable. Communication was amazing. Didn’t have a long wait, staff was friendly. She was so sweet and her staff was awesome. Would definitely come again. 20/10 recommend. Best doctor I’ve been to all year and I’ve been to quite a few. We didn’t figure out what was wrong, but we ruled out a lot of things.
