Great experience and felt very comprehensive. The only downside is that you they reimburse you after your insurance is approves and provides a EOB. I was not expecting that, and the reimbursement didn't come back for 1 month. But overall, I would go back and enjoyed the treatment. Doctor was very kind as well!

I been looking for a place to give me relief with my issues through acupuncture and cupping. Fire cupping was new to me but the combination of both so far seems to help. I do think acupuncture works better with consistent sessions to follow so I will be back when budget allows.

Dr. Liu very knowledgeable in Acupuncture. I made appointment bc of L4-L5-S1 disc problems and also facet joint arthropathy. I felt a lot better after 1st session and my energy level increased too. Dr. Liu is the right acupuncturist.

My experience was very positive. Before my appointment, Dr. Lui had called me to see what I wanted done. When I got to the office he explained everything about acupressure and cupping to me, since this is my first time doing both. Mary, my masseuse, was very attentive to my needs. I had told her my problem area and she worked out the kinks and stiffness. Felt way better after than when I came in. After my acupressure, Dr. Lui came in to do the cupping. He explained to me each step that he was doing, which there were 3. When he was finished he explained to me the coloring of my skin and since it was Dar in color, that I had a lot of toxins. He said if I continue to do cupping, it will get lighter. Was very pleased and satisfied with the service both Mary and Dr. Lui had given me. Will definitely be back.

I went in for a massage with a groupon coupon. The lady was concerned about my back pain which is chronic but I talked to the acupuncture person. He booked me with an appointment. Said I will bill the insurance 1st. I did the session. I didnt hear back about the insurance and when I contacted him he said he used the wrong number, so now I am getting billed for it when I thought he was in network. He is not responding to fix this issue. Plus the appointment schedule is confusing and I couldn't find the ones I booked to cancel

I was not told that this office was out of network. I was trying to visit an office that was in network to meet my in network out of pocket max. I was only told that "perhaps" insurance would cover it. He said sometimes my type insurance would be accepted and sometimes not. Other acupuncture offices were more upfront about this.
