Reconciled Hope Counseling, LLC
At Reconciled Hope Counseling, we believe meaningful change happens when people move beyond insight and begin actively reshaping the patterns that keep them stuck.
We view problems like anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relationship distress not as isolated issues, but as cycles—driven by avoidance, reactivity, disconnection, and distorted thinking. Our work is focused on helping clients identify and interrupt those cycles, replacing them with healthier ways of responding, relating, and living.
Our approach is both evidence-based and trauma-informed. That means we prioritize emotional safety, move at a pace that respects your nervous system, and avoid pushing change in a way that overwhelms or re-traumatizes. At the same time, we don’t stay stuck in stabilization—we help you build the capacity to face what’s hard and create lasting change.
For OCD, we use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) to address both behavior and the reasoning processes that fuel doubt and compulsions. For couples, we integrate various models such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners move out of reactive cycles and into more secure, connected relationships.
We believe therapy should be active, structured, and collaborative. Clients can expect clarity, honest feedback, and practical strategies that extend beyond the therapy room. Lasting change requires engagement, and we guide that process with intention and accountability.
Our goal is simple: to help individuals and couples move from stuck and reactive to grounded, intentional, and reconciled—with themselves, their relationships, their past, and their future.
