Reconnection Therapy

Hi! I am Molly and have a genuine passion for helping people. Healing includes change, change can be uncomfortable, but that is when you know that you truly are healing and moving in a more positive direction with your life. My role is to help facilitate that change. I commonly utilize person centered care and a strengths-based approach; however, I am well versed in a variety of techniques and approaches that can be geared towards your needs. Therapy is a collaborative and innovative process; I am the professional, but you are the expert on you. Seeing the growth and progress that happens in this process is truly incredible and rewarding. I would be honored to be part of this journey with you. I specialize in the treatment of mental health, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship problems, family distress, etc. I also have experience working with people that struggle with addictions. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your story with me. I believe in utilizing my compassionate, authentic self to assist you in achieving healing and reconnection.
