Dr. Recommended that I speak with a therapist.

Appreciated the advice given and hearing out my needs. However, more effort invested into making prescriptive suggestions for patients would be very appreciated and essential as support, rather than focusing on medication and taking notes and symptoms. Thank you

My worries were resolved once I spoke with Dr. Hirapara. He is very professional and exudes a love for his medical profession. He listened attentively and asked a lot of questions to ascertain a clear understanding regarding my concerns. I have found my new doctor! Very pleased !
Verified patient
Dr. Hiripara clearly showed concern for my symptoms and reasons for my visit. He was attentive to my needs and questions. One main area I would have appreciated is in checking in more on how I’m feeling, considering specific personal information I shared in connection to stress and anxiety. Would highly recommend him to others

Thus provider mostly leans his practice towards pain management...injections...etc. I was looking more for psychiatric help. However he was helpful regardless of the misunderstanding .... I would recommend him to anyone seeking pain management. His bedside manner was excellent. He offered me advice that was helpful moving forward.

All this psychiatrist cares about is filling a billable. Doesn’t work with insurances where you don’t have to pay an insane amount of money to get an appointment plus an additional charge for “20 minutes of clinical staff time.” Joke
When I was seen, during my discussing my situation, the doctor cut me off to answer a 3-4 minute phone call and did not even excuse himself out of the room, while doing so. Felt bad to hear him having a lighthearted conversation with someone while I was attempting to talk about serious things. Very unprofessional!! Also, not a bad thing, but the doctor believes more in naturopathy as oppose to prescribing medicine. Felt like that should have been added to his personal statement. However, although initially not a bad thing, the impression of his personal beliefs seemed to cast shade on those who may require more than a natural approach. I felt the doctor disregarded me as a patient as soon as he had seen that I had been prescribed a medical approach in the past. Overall, the doctor felt very ableist, and wasted my time before telling me he thinks I should see someone else. Definitely felt like he was trying to fulfill a billable rather than listen to my concerns.
I went into see the Dr. he listened to me speak for for about 20 minutes. He then told me to call my insurance to locate a psychotherapist. He then got up and left the room. I didn’t realize that visit was done. I honestly feel like it was a Dr. who had no interest in actually helping patients. I left crying because the Doctor would not speak to me, he sent his assistant to talk to me.
