Great experience with this provider and their office mate! Made it a seamless appointment for me, made sure my insurance was covered and that I was aware of all potential costs. Melissa and Stefani were honestly a breath of fresh and much needed fresh air in a really hard time for me.

I was treated with respect despite arriving on-site wearing horrendous clothes, a blubbering mess (withdrawal from a medication). My first appointment with my new psychiatrist went well and she asked more questions than any other psychiatrist I’ve had before. She clearly explained what she thought what our next steps should be and why.

Great experience, I told Melissa I was concerned about costs since my insurance doesn't cover much and she worked with me to find affordable options. Never really have had someone who actually listened to me when I say I'm concerned about costs!

I've been going to so many mental health doctors and nurses in the past 5 years and I really like how Melissa Spencer took the time to ask so many questions, go through a lot of forms, talk about all previous meds and expectations. I felt really heard and taken care. Spencer was a great finding! The clinic was very clean and bright and had good parking area.
