Kristyna is clearly very understanding and empathetic. I felt more understood than I have by countless other therapists in only one single visit. I am really looking forward to working with her! She also shared more about the way that she likes to work and I feel like I will understand more of what's happening moving forward. In the past I've felt super confused by the whole process with therapists and not known whether anything was working at all. I am so happy to have all this clarity up front.
