I saw a different provider than the listed provider. I saw Dr Yao. She was excellent. Very thorough, explained everything clearly and spelled out my options. I’m from out of town and a dental crown fell off, so I needed it reattached. It was a bit annoying that I had to fill out so much paperwork for just one straightforward procedure but I guess that’s just how the cookie crumbles. Office staff were very welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sami Maassarani! I booked my first appointment very last minute and the office was very accommodating. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I am typically very hesitant to go to the dentist as I have had unfortunate experiences with other dentists, but the staff did everything to make sure I was comfortable. The office was easily accessible and I will be returning for future appointments!

During the initial consultation, I had a fairly pleasant experience. However, when I came back to get treatment, I wanted to go over my plan and potential desire to forgo a few recommendations and I was met with extreme defensiveness. After discrediting the information and gaslighting me by inaccurately stating that all of this information in full detail had already been provided by him at a prior appointment, he started stating his discomfort and stressing how great of a dentist he is. He proceeded with most of his recommended treatment but some of the work was not done with great attention to detail, unlike the work he had done before this conversation. Because healthcare professionals are incentivized to provide more care than necessary, I always seek to fully understand any recommendations from any professional I see. If that’s what you’re looking for, I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Sami. There was also a billing issue, but I won’t waste my energy fighting that. Be careful with them.

“I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Neha Bhardwaj, DDS, and her wonderful dental hygienist assistant, Sylvia. Dr. Bhardwaj was incredibly professional, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I am really glad that I picked this dentist. Dr. Gagi and her support staff were really amazing. Kind, comforting and helpful. They really took their time. I'm so used to doctors rushing me so, this was a really nice change. Dr. Gagi helped me go through all of my options, both cosmetically and financially. She seems to really care and so does the office staff. I feel like I'm in really good hands.

This was a phenomenal experience. The receptionist exhibited kindness and a radiant personality. Dria greeted us from the moment we walked in and efficiently communicated the possible outcomes of my emergency tooth appointment. Know that the zoc doc paperwork didn’t go through so arrive early if that is the case. I went in, was greeted and put at ease by both doctors, who were willing to treat my root canal that day after my insurance approved it. I was originally only promised the first step of the process, but after a cancellation they were more that happy to finish the temporary crown procedure if I had the time. They were patient and focused on my care alone while working on my teeth, which made me feel better about taking up their time. Overall, I am pleased with this dentist and will be continuing my dental care with their practice going forward. I cannot emphasize enough how great and sympathetic they were to my dentist fears stemming from my lacking oral health, I recommend.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Jack and my appointment at Redwood Dental. The staff was welcoming and professional. My wait time was minimal for a new patient. Great experience. Very friendly staff and Dentist. Crystal, the hygienist I was assigned to, was the highlight. It is nice to get a step by step breakdown throughout every process. You feel like you are involved in your health and learning journey.
