Reflections & Self Growth Therapy
My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy ( EFT) , Gottman Method and Motivational Interviewing. These methodologies are particularly effective in addressing depressive disorders, anxiety, stress, and life transitions—areas where I have witnessed significant client progress and transformation. My strengths lie in treating depressive disorders, where I've seen clients move from a place of despair to one of hope and renewed self-esteem.
