I was very thankful for the insight Dr. Hashimi gave me on my nearsightedness and how to be aware of my possible detached retinas it could cause, and how to contact them in case of that emergency. I received multiple messages to make sure I attend the appointment and it wasn’t raining or storming or anything, but when I arrived to my appointment Early, there was a paper note on the door saying it was closed for the day. I used my gas and drive from working. This was unprofessional. I should’ve gotten alerts they were closed or shouldn’t have been able to book if it was closed and definitely not texted and emailed a bunch of times to ensure I showed up. If I can show up, the doctor is expected to show up. Publix was open. So.
