Dr. Parkins was professional and listened to all of my concerns. This was my first visit. My appointment was at 11:15am and I arrived 15 minutes early. By 11:30am, my eyes were tested by Kieran, who was very patient and knowledgeable in navigating the multiple devices. Then the waiting time began. I did not see Dr. Parkins until 12:36pm. That’s one hour and 21 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I wasn’t sure if there was an issue with patients before me but the waiting time was way too long. I will return just because the staff and Dr. Parkins are wonderful but I hope I don’t wait this long again in the future.

The provider was so kind and patient with me and cared enough to make sure she checked everything about my eyes. She answered all my questions and explained her thinking with my prescription. She didn't remember me from last time but she might as well have treated me since I was a kid.
