Refresh Custom Therapeutics

Personalized Occupational Therapy sessions designed to reduce the negative impact of chronic stress on the nervous system. All sessions are based on principles from the Lifestyle Redesign specialty of Occupational Therapy and include elements of coaching, yoga, exercise, breath techniques, and mindfulness. Individualized treatment plans help to rewire daily habits and routines to recover from physical and/or emotional trauma and increase positive resilience to future stressors.
