Refresh Psychiatry and Therapy is an outpatient psychiatric practice in Dallas, Texas that is devoted to the treatment of mental health disorders in people of all ages. We provide personal psychiatric care in a private, outpatient setting. We recognize that everyone’s situation is unique and make every effort to understand all aspects of one’s life in order to bring the optimum health and best outcome for my patients. Dr. Buchtova is incredible. I’ve had a some health issues post partum and have felt some doctors weren’t hearing me but Dr. B worked with me and we came up with a solution together. It’s hard to find a doctor who really listens the way she does. Could not recommend her enough. Understanding, knowledgeable, and overall cares immensely about her patients.

My visit was great. I was a bit nervous since this is a sensitive issue but she handled it so well and allowed me to feel comfortable the entire time. I wish more health care professionals took the time to understand what the patient is experiencing. Sidonia was kind, knowledgeable and gave me tons of resources. She didn’t rush me gave me generic answers which is typically what happens. Best P.A I’ve come across.
