Taking the first step toward therapy can feel big, my goal is to create a safe place to process challenging moments. My passion is to help clients navigate the complex health space to support individuals and caregivers who face persistent health challenges. Health care can be confusing, but together we can create a road map to provide clarity and guide you through the health scape. I am curious about what makes people unique, your background and individual story are honored here. I provide a supportive, non judgmental space to process when you feel overwhelmed, scared or uncertain about next steps. My practice combines Person-centered care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, my style is adaptive to tailor each session to your situation and explore behaviors and thought patterns that affect you. Outside of work, I am a lifelong learner with a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, traditions and religions. When I'm not working, you will find me on a nature trail, by a spring or the beach. I also enjoy documentaries and salsa dancing!
