Our integrative regenerative services include injections, chiropractic care, IV treatments, rehab therapies, aesthetics procedures, and more to optimize the way our patients look, feel, and function.
All new patients will come to our office for two visits, as part of our intake process. The initial visit begins with a complimentary consultation to determine if a patient is a good candidate for treatment in our office. If so, the consultation is followed by a comprehensive exam with our providers. The second visit is a review of the doctors’ findings and recommended treatment plan.
We are NOT a PCP and will not see patients for prescriptions/refills.

Would not recommend for people looking for genuine back care and to know what’s going on with themselves. I came here looking to get insight and resolution for back pain. X-rays were taken first day with a brief conversation with the doctor that doesn’t offer much insight to your specific scenario, in my experience he just kind of rattled off other scenarios of people with back pain for other reasons and why they might possibly be getting those feelings. Multiple times seemed like he forgot what he was saying mid conversation. Then a follow up is scheduled and they propose monthly treatment plans to you that are all ridiculously expensive, and it all just feels like a dance around being direct with you. After two appointments in a week, I left still not knowing exactly what my issue was that needs resolution, and received no relief. If you’re rolling in it and can afford to toss them thousands of dollars give ‘em a shot. Not convinced with their practice myself though.

I have seen Dr. Cook for years. He has been of great help to me as a rehab resource post injury, and has supported me in managing some chronic joint issues. I appreciate that his approach is holistic, rather than just prescribing pills. He is reliably informative and answers all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. Dr. Cook gives the most thorough and impactful chiropractic adjustments that I have ever received. He takes time to truly listen to what’s going on and makes his adjustments accordingly. You have never received a truly good chiropractic adjustment until you’ve been adjusted by Dr. Cook!

They really try to force you into a recurring plan to bring you back in. If you want a one time adjustment, they call it an “emergency adjustment” and they will not accept insurance for that.
If you do in fact have a chronic issue this place is good because they are very thorough. But this is not the place for a one time adjustment.

Stay clear of downtown healthcare. They use scare tactics to pressure you into programs that cost thousands of dollars. I was stuck in a room for 2 hours trying to get sold a program without the doctor even coming in to discuss. This place does not care about their patients they only care about making money.

More than a one sized snap and crack your back approach. Initially they called and went over the process, the over all approach and in the process I decided that it might be a good option for my bad elbow as well as my neck. Upon arriving the staff was friendly, got me back there as soon as I was done with the paperwork and the case worker walked me through meeting the nurse and Dr Greg. Everyone had excellent bedside manner and opened up the conversation for any questions I might have several times. I’ve seen alot of chiropractors and this has been the most in-depth diagnostic and informative first visit. I like the overall approach to wellbeing the place has. As a bonus the doctor called out my king of slub jeans I’m breaking in. As a 10 + selvage denim enthusiast, I just thought that was pretty cool. Overall , excellent experience so far and Pretty interested to see the personal plan they work out for me for both my tech neck and bum elbow.
