Fantastic experience!
Appointment was easy to make on Zocdoc. The office and the app followed up with reminders. Dr. El Banna's team reached out to me for registration prior to my visit which saved a lot of time. On arrival the office was easy to locate (and plenty of parking), the staff were very pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Initial intake was comprehensive. Dr. El Banna was wonderful. He really listened to my concerns/questions and was very thoughtful with his follow-up questions and answers. He encourages conversation and does not talk at/over you. Dr. El Banna also made sure we were on the same page in terms of treatment options and next steps. The check-out process was just as good. The staff member made sure I had all the paperwork I needed, access to the portal, and understood everything she had given me. I received excellent care and was treated courteously and professionally from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. El Banna and his team.

Dr. El-Banna was great! He reviewed all of my records, asked a lot of questions and was very thorough. He explains things in a very clear, easy to understand manner. He also looks into what is causing the issue which I found very helpful. I have seen multiple doctors regarding my issues and no one has been able to diagnose what was happening or why. In just my first visit, I feel that Dr. El-Banna will be able to assist me in resolving/improving my issues.

This was my first visit to Dr. El-Banna’s practice and right off the bat, he was friendly, engaging, and immediately put me at ease. He has an amazing sense of humor and he takes his time to fully explain things—-that’s a rarity in the medical field these days when it seems like every doctor is in an in and out mode—the faster they can be done with you, and move on to the next patient, the better. This was not the case with Dr. El-Banna and I truly appreciated his “old school” way of interacting with me/his patients.

Great Doctor! The doctor i have been looking for for a long time. made me feel safe and relax, great listener, caring and very understanding. Very different from all the other doctors i have seen who dont care and load you with prescription that you don't even need. Definitely the best! Looking forward to my follow up appointment.

Excellent experience all around. Everyone I encountered throughout the visit was extremely courteous and professional. Calm and relaxing environment. Dr El Bana was extremely patient and listened very well. He also explained things in plain terms so that I could understand without being condescending. This is the first time I have seen a doctor and not felt rushed in years. I can't recommend him enough. I'm so glad I found him.

Great doctor but a nightmare to get an appointment - booked months out. Always a 30 - 60 minute wait to see him once you get into the exam room! You will leave 1 1/2 hours AFTER your appt time so be sure you have no where else to go!

The experience at this office is well coordinated. I was amazed about how the right files were available and prepared for Dr El Banna. Dr. El Banna is the full package star. Extremely knowledgeable and practical. The combination of his medical knowledge and his practical recommendations make for a complete prescription. He is very careful to properly diagnosis the issue and then he determines the proper prescription. I enjoyed my visit. I highly recommend Dr. El Banna and his office staff.
