At Rego Park Family Physicians we practice comprehensive medical care with over 30 years experience treating both adults and children over the age of 7. We have expertise in treating a variety of medical conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart and lung conditions, intestinal and urinary problems, arthritis, gyn exams, and pap smears. We offer our patients the convenience of having Echo/ECG, ultrasound, bone density scans, spirometry, holter monitoring, and emg tests performed on site. In office physical therapy. Hand massage and hot stone massage.

Save yourself the headache and find another PCP. Some of the office staff is a nightmare to deal with and the doctor rushes evaluations. Personally, I’m getting a new PCP
I suggest if you’re a new patient. Look elsewhere but that’s my opinion

She is very professional, listens, and would always rather be cautious when it comes to your health. I appreciate someone who is solutions-oriented and that she is very knowledgable. I'm not Russian, and some reviews complained the office is too Russian, but I've never had any problem communicating with anyone in the office.

She’s ok. The nurses are pretty helpful. I explained a problem I have and I felt she brushed it off. I think they cater more to people that speak their language in that office for the best assistance. But they aren’t bad in general.

I initially came in for a physical and also to consult on an abscess . All she did was quickly examine me and then gave me a referral for a dermatologist when she could of easily drained the abscess herself. Then requested that I book an appt to have lab work done when it could of been done the day of. Waste of time !

Me and my husband had a appointment today with Dr. Rubinshteyn, she was great. She listened to everything we had to say and find a solution by giving us a referral. She will be our Dr. Now. The wait time was good, the front desk staff was welcomes. Only one person need to smile the medical Assistant. Overall our visit was great.

Yanina was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to figure out what the problem is. It was only my first visit and I already feel she is working on getting me better. I already have a second appointment next week to do additional exams. I would definitely recommend her.

She was a great doctor. I felt comfortable since i left my pediatrician a couple of months ago. Along with my general consultation, I was able to get allergy tested as well. Wait time was less than 30 min. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

I feel so stress free going to this office. I never have to wait for long periods of time when I have an appointment. Both my father and I go to this doctors office. The staff is super friendly and the doctor and nurse practitioner are phenomenal!

I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Parking wasn’t too difficult. Very clean and organized office. Front desk ladies are knowledgeable. Front desk ladies are rude. Please bring sweet candy for them if you are planning to visit . They haven’t simile once with anyone while I was they. I will recommend the doctor not the staff.

I went to the doctor to get a form filled out and needed blood work. It was my first time and didn't know their hours were limited to the morning. After waiting 30 mins to be called in, they sent me to the blood room but the medical assistant said she was done with bloodwork for the day. It was 1pm and blood work ended at noon but she took my height and weight. General info. I didn't see what was the point of that. Then went to the doctor and spent 5 mins on a general physical...

I loved my visit with Dr. Yanina! She’s so knowledgeable and she actually listens to the patient without any rush. I feel very comfortable with her and will be staying as a patient for a long time. The office is clean and the front desk ladies are so pleasant. They always go out of their way to help me out with finding paperwork and appointment schedules. It’s a great office overall. I will be recommending it to my family and friends in the neighborhood.

The staff was very polite. However they were all Russian, even the patients, so nobody was speaking in English. The patients waiting were very rude and kept interrupting me while I was trying to speak to the front desk. Frustrating. Once I saw the doctor, she was very nice. However no tests were done. She just went with what I told her I was diagnosed with a few days ago somewhere else. That was kind of disappointing. Appointment was like 10 mins long. I don’t know, I might be going to another doctor.

The office is nice and clean and front desk is very pleasant and welcoming. They provide wifi and the wait time is not very long in comparison to other offices in Rego Park. Doctor is very nice and seems knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed at all when talking to her.
