We are more than a clinic; we are a movement dedicated to equitable care, health justice, and radical compassion. Originally founded as Reimagine Our Community, The R.O.C. Center now unites a comprehensive network of services under one mission-driven organization. We provide primary and preventive care, pediatrics, sexual health services, HIV/STI testing and treatment, PrEP and PEP, 24/7 telephone nurse triage, mental and behavioral health support, allergy services, 340B medication assistance, gender-affirming care, LGBTQ+ health services, men’s and women’s health, community outreach and education. Serving individuals and families across Houston, New Orleans, and Atlanta, The R.O.C. Center combines clinical expertise with community engagement and education, ensuring that every patient receives care that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to their needs. Our goal is to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and remove barriers to health so that everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
