IMPORTANT: Booking & Confirmation Policy To ensure we can serve every patient efficiently and minimize wait times, your appointment is not fully confirmed until your paperwork is in.
The 23-Hour Rule: Please complete all intake forms and upload your insurance details within 23 hours of booking otherwise we will have to cancel your appointment and open up the slot so others can receive their care.
Why this is urgent: We have many patients waiting for care. If we do not receive your information within this 23-hour window, we will need to cancel the booking to release the slot for another patient. Thank you for helping us keep our schedule accessible for everyone!
Insurance & Transparency We strive to work with most insurance plans. We understand that finding a doctor can be challenging, so we offer transparent pricing for those who are out-of-network, under-insured, or have high deductibles:
Initial Visit: $200
Follow-up Visits: $150 (Please check with your insurance company for clarification of your specific coverage.)
Note for Tricare Patients: Tricare no longer covers telehealth visits. If you require a telehealth appointment, please note this will be a private-pay visit.
Our Philosophy on Controlled Medications We believe in full transparency because we care about your long-term health. Please be aware that our clinic does not offer long-term pain management therapy.
We believe long-term use of narcotics, benzodiazepines, or similar medications can be detrimental to our patients' overall vitality. If you are a new patient arriving on these medications, we will work with you on a safe, immediate tapering plan with the goal of discontinuation. If your goal is to maintain these medications long-term, we are not the right clinic for you, and we recommend seeking a specialized pain clinic. If a taper is not successful, we will ultimately need to discharge you from the practice to ensure you find the appropriate level of care elsewhere.
