So many people struggle with mental health issues or chemical dependency but are afraid to seek help. Here at ReKlame Health (formerly IWP), we are a group of psychiatric providers who offer clients a safe and open space to express themselves freely, so they can get the treatment they need to take back control of their lives. We offer personalized treatment plans including medication management, and supportive therapy when needed, to help clients heal.Our practice employs a holistic approach to care for people struggling with addiction, anxiety, insomnia, inattention, fatigue, low mood, stress, and depression. Distinctions we work with clients who have addiction cooccurring conditions including the use of buprenorphine for opioid addiction, alcohol use disorder and ADHD.
