Relational Wellness Therapy and Consulting
When communication breaks down. When distance grows between you and the people you love. When you feel unseen, unheard or unsure how to reconnect. That’s where Relational Wellness Therapy steps in. We provide a calm, supportive space to slow down, explore what’s really going on underneath the surface, and begin rebuilding the trust, safety and meaningful connection you’ve been missing.
Who we work with
• Individuals who want to improve how they relate — to themselves and others.
• Couples (including interracial couples) who want to strengthen communication, restore trust, and deepen intimacy.
• Families navigating stress, miscommunication, or relational conflict.
Our specialties
• Trauma-informed care including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) to help you process difficult experiences and move forward with greater peace and control.
• Identity & culture exploration — honoring personal background, family narratives, and cultural context while building strength and clarity of self.
• Maternal mental health — transitions into parenthood can bring joy and challenge; we help you integrate those changes, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with yourself and your loved ones.
Our approach
We believe in slowing down enough to see what’s really happening: the protective walls, the unspoken needs, the hidden patterns. Then together, we build new ways of relating that feel more authentic, safe and healing. Whether you meet as a couple, a family, or one-on-one, our work is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in helping you create lasting change.
