ReliantHealth encompasses two modern primary care clinics devoted to our patients. Our clinic providers are responsible for coordinating other specialist care that you may need. We work with our patients over a longer period, track changes in their health, and help them decide if it’s time to see a specialist or even non-traditional care. Primary care is essential for maintaining good health and preventing chronic conditions.
It is important to have a healthcare provider who can take care of you from head to toe, understands your health history, wellness goals, and concerns, and offers comprehensive care that includes disease prevention and screenings, diagnosis and treatment of many types of illness, education related to disease prevention or treatment, injury care, counseling, and coordination of your care.
We also offer lifestyle medicine programs and weight loss and testosterone plans.

Nice office staff. They are friendly and professional. Dr. Kumar was on time and he was interested in making sure that I stay healthy through lifestyle choices so I don’t have to see him. Dr. Kumar has a very relaxed and professional manner and at no time did I feel rushed. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Kumar.

Vegas is notorious for terrible healthcare, and is not a place you want to wind up sick; not to mention it’s fairly difficult to find a quality PCP. But Dr. Dave was an old-school nod to family practice; attentive, thorough, great listener, and highly suggestive with protocols.

Dr, Dave was like striking gold after a long long search for a primary care provider. It has been a long struggle to find a primary care provider because so much of the provider information from my insurance company is incorrect. I got an appointment on the day I requested one. He actually was accepting new patients, He actually was at the location where my insurance company said he was located. He actually does accept my insurance. He listened and engaged in a conversation instead of just pecking away into a computer. He addressed my concerns while also scheduling the routine tests that a competent primary care provider should be concerned with. The staff was super nice. A really good experience!!!

Im so used to doctors not really being engaged in the conversation. Normally, they act as if they are going through the motion to get you out. Dr. MIT actually was listening and taking part in trying to find solutions for my concerns. That was very helpful and refreshing.

I am a new patient for Dr. Dave. I saw him for my Wellness appointment. The receptionist had all my forms completed from an online registration and had highlighted areas I needed to complete. She was very helpful. Dr. Dave looked at all my information and was a great listener. He ordered blood work and included a test from a previous concern that needed to be checked. I was in an out of the office in record time.
