It's too difficult to go the whole intake process with another mental heath provider. I will pay out of pocket to stay with my current provider. Otherwise, the visit was fine.

Very professional environment with friendly staff. Jamie Pacilio was extremely welcoming, understanding, and knew exactly what she was talking about. She asked tons of questions to find the best solution to fit my needs, told me why she chose the solutions, and gave me easy methods of communication for the future.

this was my first time getting any sort of mental health treatment and didnt know what to expect really. Dr pacilio was very friendly and kind, had a very nice and well kept office, and wasn't judgmental to anything i said. the only thing that made me a little uncomfortable was that she cursed a few times, but we are both very young so she probably thought i wouldnt care which to be honest i didnt but if you are an older person,like 50+ and grumpy, you'd probably be annoyed by that. she started me off on a low dose of a medicine and booked me a follow up appointment herself and i already feel better. i would recommend dr pacilio to people between early teens to mid 30's because she's like 28 and has a better grip on what reality is like for people our age. i will definitely be seeing her for the long term.

The office waited till the last minute to tell me they don’t accept my insurance.

This is an extremely difficult review to write because we were not actually seen. Using the GPS we arrived at the office, my husband went inside and was told by a dentist that there was no one else in the building. We made three calls to a number that forces you to leave a message. We were called back but by that time had left and were in a town with which we were not familiar, could not pullover because of snow impacting the shoulders of the roads and still do not understand why the parking lot at 211 Broad street, the practice’s address, was not the correct one. We are seniors and had a live receptionist answered one of the 3 calls we placed, we might have gotten more timely guidance. As is, we were too stressed to start over and saddened that what we hoped would be the beginning of a healing journey ended in an afternoon of stress, anxiety and driving aimlessly. The physician/nurse practitioner may be wonderful but we will never know.
