I moved to Wisconsin in september & was in need of a new psychiatrist here. I kept putting it off and before i knew it i was about to be out of my medication. I was able to get scheduled right away for an in person appointment so easy did everything all online.
I was really nervous finding a new doc here and for my appointment in general, I hate feeling like I have to “start over” or retell my entire life story again lol.
I left my appointment feeling so much ease and validation. Dr. Margaret is simply amazing! she truly listened to everything i said, provided me with such comfort throughout the appointment, and her vibe is just so comforting and genuine. highly recommend!!!

Olga was insensitive and judgmental. She was critical of me in ways that were not appropriate. Olga took my blood pressure at the end of the session after we had discussed my trauma history. She should have taken it at the beginning of the session. Olga interrupted me often and did not listen carefully leading me to explain the same things multiple times. Olga provided recommendations in a way that was condescending and inappropriate.

I was accepted and approved for an appt. I received an email stating that they had everything they needed for my appointment the day before. My provider never showed up, and when I called regarding this issue, the help desk informed me they didn’t have my paperwork and my sensitive information was lost. I decided that I no longer wanted to deal with that unprofessional and when elsewhere
